Dr. Valente is a consultant to Public Authorities on checking and / or drafting public tender documentation for works, services and supplies.
During her consultancy activity, she specialised in extrajudicial debt collection.
She provides support to private economic operators in public tenders, to Public Authorities and especially to the team responsible of the tender procedures during the tender (troubleshooting and drafting of opinions).
She collaborates as editor with the legal magazine "MediAppalti", published by Mediagraphic Srl.
